Elena Koshka, a shy young woman, arrives at Jade Baker's home for her slow dance lesson. Although they maintain an appropriate distance from one another, keeping the dance innocent, the gap between them gradually shrinks. The clunkier, uncertain movements from Elena become more confident and fluid with Jade's guidance. Kali Roses and her private yoga instructor, Serena Blair, are practicing various poses together, trying to get into the meditative zone.
